Ann Hollingsworth, Ph.D., president, Better Built Foods, Carrollton, GA, has been elected president-elect of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), Chicago, IL. Prior to her ap­pointment as president, Ms. Hol­lingsworth served IFT as council representative to the executive committee and as chair of the task force on enhancing publication efforts.
